Stephen Curry of the Warriors reveals the truth about his retirement…

Stephen Curry and his potential retirement date have always been in the spotlight as the Golden State Warriors continue to bounce back from their defeat by the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. Curry has recently discussed retiring and the various ways to end an NBA career, while the Warriors concentrate on resolving their offensive issues.

Curry explains in the show “The Circuit of Emily Chang” that there are “two ways” that people can quit playing basketball: either voluntarily or against their will. In order to prepare for an 82-game season, in which Curry feels he still has a lot left in his tank, he would advise keeping an eye on your body and being honest about whether it’s still in condition.

According to Curry, there are two ways to truly leave basketball: either you’re fired or you leave on your own terms. “I want you to think about how your body feels, how you prepare for games, and how much training you do in the offseason to get ready for an 82-game season.” When it’s time to hang it up, there will be an obvious indication. Though I don’t think I’m nearly there yet, I don’t want to be the one hobbling up and down the court in an attempt to keep up with the young bucks.

He is 36 years old, so many people are wondering when he will hang up his shoes and jersey and retire to the sunset. This was heightened when Curry agreed to his most recent contract extension, which might allow him to retire with the team that selected him in the draft and created innumerable historical moments.

Warriors’ Stephen Curry frequently thinks about retirement

On the “TODAY” broadcast, Curry would discuss if he will retire as a Warrior after receiving the new contract. “Definitely, I hope so,” Curry remarked. “I’m entering my sixteenth year and have always stated that I want to complete my career with the company that has helped me go through the ranks and achieve incredible things with Draymond, and I am aware that Klay is no longer with us. Of course, I want to continue to win. And I am aware that we have a few days left to continue doing that. Therefore, I would really like to attend.

With his four titles, two MVP awards, and overall impact on basketball through his three-point shooting, there is no denying that Curry is a legend in the sport. Curry has previously stated that he considers retirement often.
