The renowned Austrian composer Peter WesenAuer has created a remarkable new work: “Benedicte Domino”. This impressive piece was commissioned by the parish of Hallstatt and is based on the text of the Psalm of Creation.
The 70-minute composition is designed for solo soprano, solo alto, solo baritone, solo trumpet, solo tubular bells, speaker and string orchestra. The work comprises twelve movements that musically interpret the depth and beauty of the psalm text.
