Hermitage (PA) Kennedy Catholic big man Oscar Tshiebwe is having one of the best July live periods of any recruit in the 2019 class.
He’s averaged nearly 20 points and 18 rebounds in Los Angeles, one week after a strong performance in New York. This week, he heads to Las Vegas to finish off the July Adidas AAU circuit.
