The former BBC presenter previously shared how she pulled off a 1.5st weight loss without going near the gym, revealing the secret to her slimmer look. Losing weight is difficult for lots of us, and many may well still be struggling to shed any of the extra pounds gained during lockdown
Susanna was in the same boat, revealing to fitness guru Joe Wicks during a previous episode of GMB that she found it tricky to get the weight off.
“I found it really hard to shift those pounds. What is the problem when there are so many workout plans, so many nutrition plans, what is the reason for that?” the former Strictly star asked.
The 53-year-old explained that she doesn’t exercise in the gym during a Good Morning Britain show in December 2018, as we previously reported.
