A Philadelphia Eagles fan was fired from his job after making a derogatory remark about a female fan during an NFL playoff game.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ  Ryan Caldwell, the Philadelphia Eagles fan who was filmed hurling misogynistic insults at a female Green Bay Packers supporter during a recent playoff game, has been terminated from his position at BCT Partners, the company confirmed.

BCT Partners, a consulting firm based in East Brunswick, N.J., announced Caldwell’s immediate dismissal following an internal investigation into the incident.

“We, the management of BCT Partners, have concluded the internal personnel investigation regarding an employee who was caught on a video outside of the workplace making highly offensive and misogynistic statements,” the company said in a statement. “In keeping with our company values, which are firmly centered on respect, dignity, and inclusion, we have decided to part company with the employee. This separation is effective immediately.”

The viral video shows Caldwell directing a vulgar slur at the female fan, calling her an “ugly dumb c—,” according to witnesses. The footage has sparked widespread outrage and renewed scrutiny of fan behavior at sporting events.

BCT Partners condemned Caldwell’s conduct as “vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific,” adding, “Such conduct is not who we are and not what we stand for.” The company also expressed remorse to the victim and reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a culture of respect and gender equity.

The Eagles organization has not issued a statement regarding the incident. No charges have been filed, and it remains unclear if stadium security intervened during the altercation.

Caldwell’s social media accounts have been deactivated since the video gained traction online.

The Eagles won the game 22-10, advancing in the playoffs as the Packers struggled with injuries and penalties.

According to sources, Caldwell has been banned from attending Philadelphia Eagles home games and the victim received an apology on behalf of the team, including a gift package of Eagles merch.
