Carson Beck, No. 3 Georgia Trolled by CFB Fans for Loss to Lane Kiffin, Ole Miss
The Georgia Bulldogs now have two losses to their name.
Georgia fell behind at halftime against the Ole Miss Rebels and was unable to recover, losing 28-10 to fall to 7-2 on the season and 5-2 in the SEC.
The Georgia offense jumped out to a 7-0 lead but quickly lost momentum to the Rebels and trailed 16-7 at the half. The Bulldogs inched back with a field goal early in the second half but that was all they could muster at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
The Rebels produced 397 total yards of offense and forced three turnovers. Quarterback Jaxon Dart went 13-of-22 for 199 yards with a touchdown and an interception while also leading the team in rushing with eight carries for 50 yards.
Georgia only managed 245 yards of total offense and struggled to handle a tough Rebels defense. Quarterback Carson Beck was shaky, going 20-of-31 for 186 yards with an interception while also fumbling the ball late in the fourth quarter.
Fans took to social media to blast Beck and the Bulldogs for another lackluster performance.
